Pre-Passover Pondering, Part III
Apr. 20th, 2005 09:56 amSome random Boston-area-specific pre-Pesach information:
-- Last time to burn chametz, Friday morning: 11:33 AM
If you don't have anywhere else to burn your chametz, and you're in the Boston area, there is traditionally a group of people burning chametz and making fire pits available to those who need at the Brighton Fire Department at 138 Chestnut Hill Ave. in Brighton. They get started early in the morning and keep going until the end of the permissable time to burn.
-- Last time to eat chametz, Shabbat morning: 10:24 AM
-- Last time to dispose of chametz, Shabbat morning: 11:32 AM
Passover cleaning done: Lots
Still left to do: Less than we had when we started
Non-Passover related Docs work still to do for 29 April (Passover day 6) release: Enough to keep me busy
Gratuitous use of Omer icon 'cause counting will begin again soon.
