Heh

"Boychik" (or, as Merriam-Webster online (www.m-w.com) spells it, "boychick") is apparently now a dictionary word.

This amuses me for some reason.

(though Microsoft Word's spellchecker flags it as an unrecognized word)

Does it mean, slang for boy or darling....

Sort of "little boy" or "young man," but meant in an affectionate way. And a "boychik" does not necessarily have to be chronologically young.
