I found, at this age, that BEING the dreidle (singing the dreidle song while spinning)is enormous fun.

I had trouble with tops until my German grandmother-in-law gave my brother an I tops that played music if you spun them correctly. They got lost when we moved.

Personally, I find the season for latkes is "whenever we have potatoes in the house."
We recently made them in the waffle maker. Are they still Chanukah latkes if the only oil is cooking spray?
