For the next week (through Wednesday, 10 November 2004), barring any emergencies, this journal is hereby declared an Issue-Free Zone. There will be no discussion of anything of any great importance. Instead, it will be dedicated to puppies, randomness, jokes, goofing around, and other light topics.

I hear you all say, "Hey, gnomi, when does this journal ever deal with weighty topics?" Well, sometimes -- rarely, I admit, but sometimes -- it does. But not for the next week, OK?
