Busy day...

Yesterday was a ridiculously busy day. Beside the work craziness of getting the books out for technical review (which we did! On time! Yay!), I had a doctor's appointment in the late afternoon, then we had to go shopping for shabbat food, and _then_ we were going to go hear one of the candidates for governor speak at a local elementary school. Fine - no problem: since my appointment was right down the street from the kosher grocery store where we had to go shopping and the elementary school was on the same street, and we could pick up dinner on the way, easy-peasy, right? Well, not so right. Turns out last night was the night to see and be seen at the Butcherie. Among others, MAB and I ran into tiptoe39 and arib on the street in front of the Butcherie. So we still managed to shop and go home and put stuff away and get dinner and go to the talk, but I was exhaused by the end of it all.
