More books I've read
May. 2nd, 2004 04:18 pmOver the weekend, I read more stuff:
Book #19: Eccentric Circles by Rebecca Lickiss: This book, Lickiss' first novel, I believe, is a fast-read fantasy novel. We follow the adventures of Piper Pied, who has just inherited her great-grandmother's house. The house is a junction between the "real" world and the land of Fairy. A fun fantasy with a touch of mystery.
Book #20: Song of the West by Nora Roberts: Written in 1982, this is one of Roberts' earliest novels, and it shows in some clunky writing at the beginning. But after the beginning roughness, it becomes another one of her patented light romances, and it's a lot of fun.
