You got a cell phone signal outside of Park Street because its one of the terminals that has now been fully wired for cellular service. I believe the network includes Park Street, Downtown Crossing and Government Center, as well as all the tunnels that connect that crazy hub. My information is not precise and can not be looked upon as certain or complete.
