Dear Chick in the Bank Lobby Near the ATM

I really don't believe all of us in the lobby -- four when I entered -- needed to hear about the nitty-gritty details of the goings on in your office. Who is angry and whom and which person had a fit at which other person is, granted, a fascinating topic. However, carrying on this conversation on speakerphone with the volume turned way up was purely a source of humor for those of us in the area. And perhaps the people passing on the street, given the volume.

In the future, please hand out a program ahead of time so that we know who all the players are. Otherwise, we're only privy to half the story.
