Well, after posting by mistake back in 2005 (and boy is my time machine smoking now) I decided to repost here ;).

Well I guess I celebrated it by buying my condo (and am keeping a chair and footstools that were there - seriously) since:

All I want is a room somewhere
Far away from the cold night air
With one enormous chair....
