When the disclaimer footer of someone's e-mail is more than twice as long as the message itself.

For some reason, this amuses me no end.

What randomly makes you giggle?

The wrong word in just the right place. :-)

amusingly, this post was just before yours on my fpage and made me giggle (really -- it's even documented, check the comments!).

self-defeating but perpetuated foolishness generally makes me chuckle. I figure that's a better reaction than ranting.

the amount of time that getting out of bed, dressed, and fast-broken takes these days generally gets a laugh out of me -- it's just ridiculous. If it took much longer it's be time to eat lunch and nap by the time I was done.

And when I saw this on Fark with the title "Banned from national parks, grammar vandals are," I immediately thought of gnomi. Only just now, when copying the link did I see it came from boston.com.

The word "prawns".

Somewhat less randomly, whenever I see an ad for Hamlet 2 I giggle uncontrollably over "Rock Me Sexy Jesus."

Indeed. That is quite giggle-worthy.

I've read other articles about TEAL. I hadn't heard they'd damaged property in the Grand Canyon (that's bad form, in my book).

"Prawns" is an odd-looking word.

[personal profile] mabfan and I have heard good things about Hamlet 2 from movie critic friends, and we're hoping to see it.

[livejournal.com profile] darthsatyr and I want to see it too, but we'll probably wait for DVD for budgetary reasons.

Getting a brick dropped on your foot?

Just a guess. :-)

Fair enough.

A brick dropped on someone else's foot, though? Comedy gold.

Or, as Mel Brooks put it, "Tragedy is when I cut my finger. Comedy is when you fall into an open sewer and die."

By the way, today this made me giggle:

"Once the order is created..., Mary will ass the information regarding payment received."
