I don't have a Facebook account yet. I'm on the fence about it. If I got one, and you did, I'd friend you.

Unless you want to regain contact with people from far away and long ago, I don't think it's all that worth it.

In fact, my sister-in-law's wretched husband has e-mailed me via facebook, making me reconsider the whole damn thing.

I would follow you on twitter, but facebook would depend upon who else you were adding. I'm keeping facebook as far removed from work as I can -- though I do have work people on there. It's a complex mix and one I can't truly define well. Basically, if there are a slew of writers who aren't near and dear to me in my personal life, I'm staying away. Twitter, on the other hand, is under chris owen, so there ya go. lol

Ponder the mysteries.

I would be very happy if you vacuumed the living-room floor. :-)

i almost never use my facebook account, mostly because anyone whose life i want to follow is on lj (or is, like, my sister) and i don't actually care about reconnecting with people i knew when i was thirteen, some of whom i didn't even like and none of whom live in greater boston, and i don't have a twitter, so i couldn't answer the first two questions. but if you got a facebook i would totally friend you.

Mind you, if I did have a Facebook account, I'd friend you, but I don't want a Facebook account. I've already got enough social networking sites to procrastinate on, thank you very much!

I'm one of the "maybe" votes.

I find social networking useful, personally & professionally, but lately it seems that I am alternating between sites rather than giving each site my full attention. I haven't made up my mind whether that is good, or whether it makes me look like a dilettante.

I'd friend you if you set up facebook or Twitter or both.

If *I* have a Facebook account, I feel everyone has to suffer along with me. ;)

I don't have a Facebook or MySpace or LinkedIn or Twitter account. I have no plans to get any of these.

I'm not a fan of facebook, but if you want to be hunted down by / to hunt down old friends from past lives, that'd be the way to do it.

twitter I'm enjoying, and it's a lot easier to dip in and out of when you get busy. (and apparently it's good promo - a lot of the referrals in my site stats are from twitter)
