I like J for Jelly Baby and R for Raxacoricofallipatorius because they both sound silly and kids like silly things. (Guess I'm a kid!)

Q could be for Quinnis, a planet in the 'Fourth Universe' visited by the First Doctor and Susan.

X might be for Xoanon, an artificial intelligence encountered by the Fourth Doctor.
