Of the two you cite, I like the first one much better. I've always thought Anamaniacs was the true successor to Loony Tunes. Tiny Tunes had cute characters, but not the wit. Loony Tunes taught kids about opera, political/ military characters. Anamaniacs taught kids about the astronomy, and state capitols. And anamaniacs gave us two great quotes:

"What do we do tonight Brain?." "Same thing every night Pinky. Try to take over the world!"

and

"But Brain, it would be easy to take over this world!" "Yes Pinky, but who would *want* to?!?!"
