As I said to my father last night, the weather prediction is for blech with a chance of ewwwww!

I may be back later today with snow pictures (I've taken a couple out our kitchen window so far; I may take more if I venture out later).

Hmmmm....will have to think about it. Not in the oven, but there will be multiple slow-cookers going so I'm sure I can find a warm surface. But since we need to buy challah anyway, perhaps it makes more sense for you to hoard them in your freezer for another time.

I shovelled the front porch, the front stairs, the path to the street, and around the car. It took me forty-five minutes to an hour, with help from the nice people upstairs. I feel like staying in now, but if we don't get out to the ART and see No Child today, we may not get out and see it, and it's supposed to be an excellent play.

I have now tried twice to go out and shovel out my car. The only reason I need to do this is that I got the wrong insulin last night at CVS and I need the correct meds. Stupid diabetes (I like to blame everything on diabetes) making me go outside in the elements. Problem is that my warm and comfy couch had actually hindered my efforts to go out and it keeps sucking me back inside. So I made a deal that I would give it another whirl after the Pats game.
