Out of the four pairs of socks I've made, there was one done toe-up. It's kind of a toss-up which I like better: with toe-up socks you get to try it on as you go a lot more meaningfully than with a cuff-down sock, but with cuff-down socks you get to graft the toe. I've developed this unholy love for grafting.

I do cross-stitch, but haven't gotten around to learning knitting yet.
