An Open Letter

Thank you for sending me paper mail letting me know that you needed an updated e-mail address. In future, it might behoove you to do the following:
-- Allow me to change my address online
-- Not leave me on hold for 10 minutes for a one-minute transaction
These two items would make me that much more likely to do business with you in the future.
