So how many people at work would I confuse if I were to send out the renaming matrix of old-version-docs/new-version-docs under the subject line "New Doc Titles (the 'Once-a-Chicken-Now-a-Fish' Remix)"?

I had totally forgotten about that joke.

I was thinking that for us, it actually goes the other way around... once, chicken was pareve, like fish. So it's "Once Pareve Now Meat."

I learned it as "once a cow now a fish", but that's the folk process for you. :-)
