A headline from this morning's
Boston Globe
:
Parents want review of report kindergartner put in closet
(from
here
.)
As Casey McCall might say, "We got all kinds of sentence construction here."

So the review must have been printed on paper, stored in a filing cabinet which is in a closet...right? No? :)

I'm not sure what's confusing.
There was a report.
A kindergartner put said report in a closet.
Someone's parents want a review of that report.
I can't think of any other interpretation that sentence allows.

Having glanced at the article, I think the headline
should
have read "Parents want to review report of kindergartner put in closet".
