Geeky Knitting

About a month and a half ago, tsuki_no_bara shared a very geeky knitting pattern with me. I realized upon seeing the pattern that I had the *perfect* parents-to-be for whom to knit it. And tonight it (and some additional pieces) was delivered to the parents and the new baby.

I made up the hat pattern based on this (http://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/dalek-hat).

And the booties were based on the Mary Janes pattern from the May 2008 issue of Creative Knitting.

i cannot get over the hat! and the booties! SO CUTE I CANNOT DEAL. i mean, the dress is geekily adorable but the hat and booties totally make it.
