Checking in

gnomiHi, all.
As anticipated, my Internet time is severely curtailed this week. I'm going to be trying to do one of these "checking in" posts each night.
Today was the first day of the shiva here at home. People have been wonderful, both with coming for the morning minyan and coming by to express their condolences during the shiva hours.
The shiva hours for the rest of the week are:
Wednesday: 11 AM - 3 PM and 6-9 PM
Thursday: 11 AM - 8 PM
We've been inundated with offers of help and food and anything else we might need. If you've offered and I haven't responded, it's not because we don't appreciate the help, but because I just don't have an answer.
We continue to be comforted by the generosity of our friends. Thanks to all of you.
