I'm really, really lazy right now, so sorry for the off-topic email. I know you can't drink alcohol, but can you eat something that is cooked in alcohol assuming that the etoh cooks off? I have a brisket recipe that includes 1 bottle of beer. I can substitute it no problem at all, but first wanted to check.
