Sure!

(I figured you'd be interested, seeing as we'd talked about it this past Shabbat.)

Maybe. If you're going then it might be worth going out to Brookline a little early...

I was thinking of going on the early side (being there around 11-ish), 'cause we've got what to do in the early afternoon.

I thought I'd go early and then get to cooking. If I'm up early enough, I'll hit the Butcherie before. If not, I'll hop on over after. Either way the Butch is going to suck! I'll take klonopin or something prior to going in...

Yeah, early works for me, too. We should figure out a plan, maybe.

Ooooh, tempting. If you are: (1) going early; and (2) walking there, I may join you with the little people. It's not like I get any cooking done with them awake anyway.

I am planning on going early. I'm not sure about walking there; it depends on the weather and that kind of thing.

I'm really, really lazy right now, so sorry for the off-topic email.
I know you can't drink alcohol, but can you eat something that is cooked in alcohol assuming that the etoh cooks off? I have a brisket recipe that includes 1 bottle of beer. I can substitute it no problem at all, but first wanted to check.

I can eat things cooked in alcohol. The heat does to the alcohol what my body can't. :-)

Thanks for checking, though.
