-- Bill's Swiss Cheese Vegetable Medley (recipe from mabfan's former coworker)

-- Another veggie? Another starch?

Mm. Swiss Cheese Vegetable Medley? *perks* (I can't have pastas anymore, so I'm always looking for new ways to get creamy cheesy sauces onto my veggies.)
