Thank you oh, so much for loudly whistling what I could only identify as "Jesus Christ Superstar." It's now firmly lodged in my brain. While I make no secret of being a fan of musical theatre, I'm really not an ALW fan, and I'm even less a fan of that particular show.

Now I must go and perform intense "Guys and Dolls" therapy.

I frequently break out into G&D music, virtually at the drop of a hat.

I've been trying to think of a song to record to test out my relatively new microphone (I did one podfic on it, but other than that I haven't done much with it; I want to see how it handles vocal music). Maybe I'll do something from G&D.

i love you for this. i fell in with JCS when i was young and impressionable. after adoring it in the way that only children can adore pop culture for years, i bought a copy for my shiny new CD player in high school... and promptly felt utterly disappointed.
