I apologize for the relative radio silence for the past month or so, but it was for a good reason. mabfan and I bought a place and have moved! We're still in Brookline, but we've moved about a mile and a third down Beacon St.

We're still settling in, but as of late last night, we have Internet service, so now I hope to be online more consistently.

I haven't been reading LJ for about two weeks, so I am woefully behind on everyone's news. Please let me know what I need to know.

Thank you to all the folks reading here who helped us pack our many, many, *many* books.

Ahhh. We couldn't get the cable guy in until yesterday, and then I had to set up the cable modem and the wireless router, so now we're wired and wireless and are very pleased.

(Though I had to reset the router this morning because the network was being cranky.)
