Beth and I heard the Samuel L. Jackson audio version before we saw the book... we laughed until tears were streaming down our faces and we couldn't breathe. Something about not just the book, but the King of Profanity narrating (I was reminded of Snakes on a Plane - I've had it with these !#$% snakes on this @%$# plane!) had us literally rolling.

It's definitely cathartic, and the author is brilliant. I wish I'd thought of it!

There's a (youtube?) video on the internet somewhere of his reading that also incorporates all the book's illustrations -- I thought it was an internet parody rather than an actual, recently published book.
