Does Neal speak/understand Hebrew? Remind me from "Threads" -- did he eavesdrop on Ghovat?

I just checked afiawri's transcript (which you had consulted on):

Dmitri: Ah, Nafatawa! Ani michakeh l'cha.
Tara: Wait, he's speaking Hebrew.
Dmitri: Ah. Ken, ken. Ken. Ah.
Neal: What's he saying?
Tara: He's saying I'm waiting, where are you? Ghovat, he’s here, he's watching him.
Ghovat's here.
Neal: Peter, he's here, he's watching Dmitri right now.

So I'm guessing that from this, Neal does not speak Hebrew. But then, he didn't know about the round in the chamber ("not a gun guy") in Book of Hours, but could slap together a high powered Ruger in Unfinished Business.

That was what I recalled, too. Tara's the one interpreting the Hebrew.

Though I'm wondering whether I can get away with claiming he *does* speak but didn't want let everyone know that so early in his association with the FBI. Or... wait. I may have come up with something... ::ponders::
