And Now It's Time For... Good Idea/Bad Idea

While watching lots and lots of Stargate: SG-1 with mabfan, I began to think that what this world really needed was a comprehensive list of acronyms used in Stargate: SG-1 and Stargate: Atlantis. And after poking around some on the Internet, I have determined that a one-stop shop for Stargate-related acronyms does not appear to exist. And then I got the completely wacky idea that I should be the one to compile such a list. But then I wondered, is this idea good-wacky or bad-wacky? And so, a poll:

I didn't see one immediately. I didn't search exhaustively, however, so there might be one there.

That is, I did a search using the site's search function, and no such list was returned as existing on the site.

But, see, this kind of project only appeals to the science-fiction-fan-slash-lexicographer type, and I'm not sure there are that many of us out there.
