I am interested in discussing this with you further. While I believe it should be a federal right, I don't agree with it religiously. Personally, I feel marriage is between a man and a woman as far as the religious aspects of the wedding. Let's chat more . . .
In subjects such as this, since I firmly believe in the separation of Church and State, I don't think *anyone*'s religious beliefs should affect federal or state law.
My religion's (or anyone's religion's) views on the topic are a different issue and have to be discussed separate from the issue of equal protection for all.
(That's my general view, in fact, on all issues that have potential for conflicts between religious and secular law.)
