One of the Pleasures of Summer...

...is, at least for me, peaches. Fresh peaches. Fresh, super-yummy peaches. But I hadn't had any yet this season.

And then in the course of a conversation with beadattitude, it occurred to me that I could rectify this. So of I went to the farmers market that is, conveniently enough, almost right behind my office building.

And I am now the owner of a bag of peaches. I've eaten one already. YUM!

So thank you, beadattitude, for reminding me of the pleasures of fresh peaches.

I'm a big apricot fan and a big plum fan. So combined, I figure it's a can't-lose.
